When Jenny first approached me to shoot her wedding, I was flattered. She had been a fan of my photography for some time, but it had mostly involved landscapes in the past. I’m guessing some of my San Francisco city shots really captured her attention. San Francisco is a big part of both Jenny and Nicks’ lives. Not only do they live there, they are also both teachers in the San Francisco Unified School District. For the engagement session, there wasn’t a better place to start than the school where Jenny teaches. From there, we walked the familiar streets of San Francisco. I really enjoyed getting to know Jenny and Nick on a more personal level. They are both super sweet and laid back. They have great chemistry together, so it’s easy to see how they fell in love.
